If you use a wheelchair or scooter, or have limited mobility, you can ride transit.
All of our buses are wheelchair accessible with either lifts or ramps. In order to assure your safety on the bus, we recommend your mobility device be equipped with its own safety seat belt and brakes in good, working condition.
What is considered a wheelchair?
A wheel chair is a mobility aid belonging to any class of 3 or more wheeled devices that has 3 or more tires, working indoors, designed or modified for and used by individuals with mobility impairments, whether operated manually or powered.
We transport all wheelchairs regardless of size and weight as long as it can fit aboard the bus and our ramp and lift can accommodate it.
We offer special straps that attach to the corners of your mobility device, making securement on the bus easier and faster. For more details call 707-443-0826 or email [email protected]
If you are blind or have a vision impairment, you can ride transit.
Visually impaired riders using The Sendero Group BrailleNote or VoiceNote GPS wayfinding devices can access location and amenity information for every bus stop.
The Sendero Group includes transit information in its BrailleNote/VoiceNote User Points of Interest ("POI") database.
